Any legal advice or legal representation will be provided by an independent solicitor if you choose to
proceed with a claim.
All claims are subject to individual assessment and evidence. No guarantee of outcome can be given.
Fees and How We May Be Paid
3.1 Using Justice4Heroes
You do not need to use Justice4Heroes to pursue a claim for hearing loss linked to military service.
You may choose to pursue a claim yourself or seek advice directly from a solicitor.
3.2 Solicitor Fees
If you choose to proceed with a solicitor introduced through Justice4Heroes, the solicitor may offer to handle your claim under a No Win No Fee agreement.
This means you will usually not pay legal fees if the claim is unsuccessful.
If your claim is successful, the solicitor may charge a success fee of up to 25% plus VAT of the compensation recovered on your behalf.
The exact terms, conditions and fees will be explained by the solicitor before you decide whether to proceed.
Justice4Heroes has no control over the fees charged by any solicitor and accepts no responsibility for those fees.
3.3 Referral Fees
Justice4Heroes may receive a referral fee from a solicitor or legal services provider if you choose to proceed with a claim following an introduction made by us.
Any referral fee received by Justice4Heroes does not increase the amount you pay and does not affect the compensation you may receive.
Details of any referral arrangement can be provided upon request.
